Project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed before work begins. Any change requests may affect delivery date or quote.

Quotes are subject to confirmation. Payment terms are set per project and may include deposits and staged payments.

Usage rights for delivered media are provided as agreed in writing. Pixel Rocket retains portfolio display rights unless otherwise agreed.

We aim to deliver reliable service, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or service interruptions.
